Un album de Big Big Train est toujours un plaisir et on ne boude pas son plaisir ; tout y est pour satisfaire les oreilles difficiles : instrumentation riche notamment aux cordes, voix superbe, mélodies renouvelées et surprises au coin du bois. On retrouve le Big Big Train des meilleurs albums avec son côté Genesis mais mettons en valeur cette fois des titres plus originaux comme le très bon On the racing line sur le registre jazzy et un beau duo violoncelle/piano ; la superbe ballade Meadowland et son violon alto et l'excellente folksong The Ivy Gate.
